Kelly Spencer has been noisily rattling around the Music Industry for quite a while. Since relocating to Kamloops, he has pared the band down to a smaller tighter faster unit. He's often referred to as a 'One Man Band', and sometimes 'The Man with 3 Hands', or 'That Guy on Stage'.
